Vikram Phadnis bridal collection 2011 was a blend of heritage with a mix of urban influences. His tunics were teamed with lehengas, while the long floor length kurtas could double up as gowns. His models had also adorned mogras on their hair to add an ethnic touch.
His clothes showcase the vibrant shades of India. Kundan, zardosi and gota work can be seen in most of his lehengas and saris. He uses rich, heavy and light fabrics like velvet, silk, net, georgette and brocade to weave his magical designs.

Perizaad Zorabian in one of Vikram Phadnis Lehengas. A beautiful royal blue velvet blouse and lehenga with a contrast red net dupatta is with golden embroidery. The velvet skirt has sparkling silver brocade. The blouse is intricately designed around the neck and the short-sleeves. The dupatta is also embellished with with stones, zardosi and sequence.
