The new poster girl, Adah Sharma is also a psychology student born on 11 May 1987, in Palghat district, Kerala is now pursing her graduation in Kathak.
She started her career as an Actress in a Bollywood horror flick “1920” directed by none other than Vikram Bhatt in the year 2008. Adah was paired with another debut actor Rajneesh Duggal. This movie was a box office success and the critics appreciate her acting skills. She was nominated for the Film fare Award for Best Female Debut the same year.

It’s been a long journey for Adah Sharma from 2008 to 2014 with lots of ups and downs. She was also starred in a romantic thriller “Phhir” along with Rajniesh Duggal and Roshni Chopra in 2011. This movie failed to create an impact at the box office. After a gap of two years she was acted in the Hindi movie “Hum Hai Raahi Car Ke” and it had mixed reviews and did not do well at the box office either.
In the beginning of 2014, Adah had two back-to-back releases; Hasee Toh Phasee, a Bollywood movie, directed by Vinil Mathew and produced by Karan Johar, where she played second female lead gyrating to the song along with Sidharth Malhotra, the poster boy and Parineeti Chopra; her Telugu Debut “Heart Attack”, by Puri Jaganath where she was starred opposite Nithiin was released on January 31, 2014. According to the sources, both the movies are doing well at the box offices.
